We provide free trial periods so that you can thoroughly examine our products before purchasing. Before purchasing a license, please use the trial period to ensure that the product matches your requirements. During the trial period, all of our software is operational. To enable its primary functionality, none of our software requires registration.

Please contact us if you are displeased with our service within the first month. We will do everything possible to resolve your issue, suggest a solution, or provide a timeline for a solution that fits your needs. If dissatisfied with the service, we will gladly refund your money and convert your account to the free plan.

Please remember that we will not consider a refund (FULL) request if we have stopped or terminated your access to Smaket Services/Product or services as a result of a violation of our Terms of Service.

If the Customer closes his account before the Premium Service membership period expires (either monthly or yearly). In that case, the cancellation would take place immediately, and the Customer would not receive a return for any fees already paid.
