You are responsible for ensuring that the Application and Service are downloaded to the appropriate and suitable device. If you have a suitable and compatible device, Smaket is not liable. SMAKET ACCOUNT
You must register and set up a Smaket Account in order to access the Service. Never make use of someone else’s account without that person’s permission.You must submit the information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Account information when creating your account, and you must keep that information true, accurate, current, and complete.
Only you have the right to use and access Your account. You are in charge of protecting the privacy and security of your password and account. You must keep your account and password private and not give them to anyone else. You must register and set up a Smaket Account in order to access the Service. Never make use of someone else’s account without that person’s permission. You must give true, accurate, up-to-date information. Account information when creating your account, and you must keep that information true, accurate, current, and complete.

SERVICE
Smaket may give You a free live demo before getting access to the Premium Service after the due payment. After assessing the live demo, you must decide whether to purchase the Premium Service. If the Customer or its Representative chooses, some services within the Service may be given on a subscription period basis, either half-yearly or annually (as applicable) After the subscription period as the subscription period, your subscription to the Premium Service will expire. You decided. You won’t be able to use the Service if You choose not to renew Your subscription to the Premium Service by the end of the subscription period.
Following the purchase of the Premium Service, all information that You stored Regarding the Premium Service Will Be Stored And Might Be Reassessed. Following the passing of 30 (thirty) days following the conclusion of the Premium Service membership period, We reserve the right to erase Your data.
A feature of the Service may connect You to one of our partners. If You choose to use this Service, You understand and agree to be subject to and bound by the partner’s applicable terms and conditions, which shall augment these Terms of Use.
PAYMENT
The Customer recognizes that by buying and/or subscribing to the Premium Service, the Customer agrees to the applicable rates, fees, and billing cycles as I listed in the Application and/or Website at the time of buying and/or subscribing to the Premium Service, and (ii) amended from time to time in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Smaket has the right to change the terms of charges, rates, and billing cycles that apply to any Service whenever it pleases, in its sole discretion, including by notifying You of the new rates and fees. You can cancel your subscription to the Premium Service if you don’t like the changes.
The subscription costs for the Premium Service must be sent to Smaket’s virtual account through a credit card to be paid in full. The Customer knows that any payment delay could lead to the suspension and/or termination of the Customer’s access to the Premium Service.
Let’s say that You fail to notify us immediately following a change in information, and Your payment and registration information is incorrect, current, or full. We reserve the right to prevent you from using the Premium Service.
If the Customer cancels their Premium Service subscription before the conclusion of a billing cycle, they will not be reimbursed for any payments made during that cycle. All payments will be made in full, without any withholdings, including taxes and any taxes for which you will be fully responsible.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT
In its sole discretion, Smaket may suspend or terminate the Customer’s account at any moment.
The Customer retains the right to terminate its account at the Service at any time by contacting or sending an email to Smaket’s customer service department, following the procedures in the Customer account via the Application or Website, or both. Let’s say the Customer closes his account before the Premium Service membership time has ended (either monthly or yearly).In that case, the cancellation shall take effect immediately, and the Customer is ineligible to get a refund of the prepaid fees.
All of the Customer’s rights to Use shall instantly expire upon cancellation of their account, and (a) the account may be deactivated or deleted. (B) The Customer’s rights to their data and Content may be directly deleted from Smaket’s system, disregarding applicable laws. For any harm or loss brought on by the Customer’s account, Smaket shall not be liable. Before the account is canceled, the Customer must ensure that any material and data required are deleted or duplicated.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Without prior notice, our product prices can vary.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Smaket will validate the Customer’s data using the Customer’s data stored in Smaket’s system. We have the right to decline to process an inquiry or complaint. You submitted information regarding the Service if Your confirmed data does not match the Customer’s data in our system.
